Judy Christman

Judith May Rowan Christman, age 86, of Wellington, passed away peacefully on March 12, 2026, at Pinnacle Nursing and Rehab in Price.

Born on July 19, 1939, in Las Vegas, Nevada, to James and Venice Neilsen Rowan, Judy graduated from Springville High School and later attended beauty school in Provo. She spent many years as one of the beloved lunch ladies at Carbon High School and later worked at the local Subway in Price, where her warm smile and kind presence brightened the days of those she served. An avid bowler since the age of 17, she enjoyed the sport for most of her life, but her greatest joy was her family. She cherished evenings spent with loved ones at local stockcar races and proudly attended her grandchildren’s sporting events and dance recitals.

Judy is survived by her son, Rudy (Bobbie) Brailsford of Springville; daughters, Tiffany Fisher of Wellington and Teri Rutherford of Price; siblings, David (Connie) Rowan of Springville, Donna (Alan) Ellis of Mapleton, and Hugh Westman of California; grandchildren, Nikki (Lino) Fuentes, Brett Brailsford, Ashley Fisher (Donovan), Grey Brailsford (Luna), Jace Rutherford, and Abby Rutherford (Derick); and great-grandchildren, Aiden, Jericho, and Delilah.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Gary Christman, her brother Jerry Westman, and her son-in-law Mark Rutherford.
