Judy Ann Tisdale

Judy Ann Tisdale of Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, passed away on March 13, 2026 at the age of 54.

She was predeceased by her parents, Ray “Buddy” Fry and Frances Ellen Hostler Fry. Judy is survived by her children, Sidney Oliver and Lindsey Gravlin (Lucy); her grandchildren, Autumn and Aiden Gravlin; her siblings, Timothy McKinney, Terry McKinney, and Connie Popkins; and her brother-in-law, Johnny Popkins.

Those who knew Judy will remember the steady love she gave to her family and the quiet strength she carried through life. She leaves behind children and grandchildren who were at the center of her world, as well as siblings who shared a lifetime of memories with her. Her presence brought comfort and continuity to those closest to her, and she will be deeply missed.
