Judith "Judy" Marie BlainJuly 16, 1943 - March 5, 2026Judith "Judy" Marie Blain, 82, of Grand Island, passed away on March 5, 2026, at Grand Island Regional Medical Center. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 10th at 10 a.m., at Abundant Life Church. Visitation will be on Monday, March 9th from 5 to 7 p.m. at All Faiths Funeral Home.Judy was born on July 16, 1943, in Central City, to Kenneth and Alta (Mace) Spear. She was raised in Central City and graduated from Grand Island Senior High in 1960.On November 12, 1961, Judy was united in marriage to Wesley Blain. Three daughters were born into this union. Judy worked as a nurse in home health care. She was a member of Abundant Life Church and loved doing various activities with the church.In her spare time, Judy could be found crocheting, reading, baking, and cooking. More than anything, she loved spending time with her grandchildren.Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Wesley; children, Barb (Mark) Wieczorek, Karen (Steven) Brougham, and Dorinda (Kevin) Hempel; grandchildren, Bud, Ana, Justin, Cameron, Elizabeth, Cassidy, Alyssa, Crystal; and great-grandchildren, Jose, David, Lilyana, Grace, Noah, Jabrial, Millie, Damian, and Nash.Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Kenny and Alta Spear; and sister, LeAnn Dowse.Memorials are suggested to Abundant Life Church.Online condolences may be left at www.giallfaiths.com.
