Judith Hynson

Judith M. Hynson, of Harrington, passed away on March 12, 2026 at Genesis Milford at the age of 84. She was the daughter of the late William L. and Rosemarie J. Cain.

In her younger years, Judi was outgoing and active. She attended Harrington High School, where she served as captain of the cheerleading team and participated in the Drama and Glee Clubs. She also sang at weddings.

Judi was deeply family oriented and cherished family gatherings and time spent with her grandchildren. She was a devoted fan of Elvis and Clark Gable, especially in Gone With the Wind, and became an avid collector of Gone With the Wind memorabilia. She enjoyed attending the Maryland Renaissance Festival with her daughter Patricia, as well as playing bingo, knitting, and spending time on the computer.

In addition to her parents, Judi was preceded in death by her daughters, Bonnie Hynson and Patricia Allegra, and her grandson, William Ian Cross. She is survived by her daughter, Michelle Jackson; grandchildren, Tara Lopez, Russell Cross IV, Christopher Whiteman, Norman Cross, and Shane Jackson; great-grandchildren, Kimberly and Joseph Lopez, and Caleb, Temperence, and Ian Cross; and her brothers, Frank Cain and Jim Cain.
