Judith Holgerson

Judith Diane Holgerson, 79, of the Villages, FL, passed away peacefully on March 6, 2026. She was born on May 24, 1946, in Bridgeport, Connecticut, to Albert and Anna Kurimsky.Judith was the beloved wife of Dennis Holgerson, with whom she shared 55 wonderful years of marriage. Together they built a loving home and family that meant everything to her.She had the best job in the world of being a homemaker, and she embraced that role with pride and devotion. Judith's greatest joy was caring for her family and creating a warm and welcoming home. She loved spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren, and those moments together were among her most cherished. Her strong faith and loving spirit guided her throughout her life.Judith earned her associate degree and carried a lifelong appreciation for learning, family, and faith.She is survived by her loving husband, Dennis; her three children, Deanna, Gregory (Dalesa), and Bryan (Meghan); and her nine cherished grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Barbara Lewis (Jay) of Huntington, Connecticut, along with many extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly.In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to St. Vincent de Paul Society 1351 Paige Place, Lady Lake, FL 32159. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mark's Church in Stratford, CT on March 19 at 10:00 AM. Family and friends are invited to attend.Judith will be remembered for her kindness, devotion to her family, and the deep love she shared with those around her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
