Judith Garland Moses, 85, of Alpharetta, Georgia, passed away peacefully on March 8, 2026. Born on May 2, 1940, in Spartanburg, South Carolina, to Garland George Hall and Yettiv Virl Quinn Hall, Judy lived a life centered on her family. She was known for her kindness, warmth, and quiet strength, qualities that endeared her to all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Donald Kenneth Moses; her brother, Terry Wayne Hall; and her sisters, Rae Perrotta, Eileen Vertullo, and Barbara Allen.
Judy is survived by her son, Jon David Moses, and daughter-in-law, Allison Moses, of Alpharetta, Georgia. She was a proud and loving grandmother to Courtney Grace Moses and Brooklyn Reese Moses, cherishing every moment with her granddaughters and finding deep joy in watching them grow. She is also survived by her sister, Rita Smith.
After many years of dedicated service, Judy retired from APAC-GA. In retirement, she treasured time with her family, especially her granddaughters, who were the center of her world. She found happiness in simple pleasures, relaxing with loved ones, and sharing a good margarita. She will be remembered for her gentle spirit, her devotion to family, and the many lives she touched with her quiet kindness.
