Judith Ann (Loye) Willow passed into the loving arms of her Father in Heaven on March 10, 2026, at Brookdale Assisted Living, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, on October 2, 1939, to the late John S. and Grace (Bergstresser) Loye, Judy graduated from Harrisburg William Penn High School in 1957. She was recognized as Outstanding Business Student and Outstanding Gregg Shorthand Student, and was a member of the National Honor Society.
She served for several years as a Red Cross Water Safety Instructor and assisted with the Dauphin Swim Team. She also served on the Dauphin Recreation Association Board of Directors. A lifelong member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Judy served the Church in many capacities, including Stake Primary President, Ward Primary President, Primary Chorister, Primary Teacher, and Jr. Sunday School Teacher and Chorister. For 55 years she was employed by H&R Block as a Master Tax Advisor, Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent, and Tax Professional, where she served many clients whom she held dear.
Judy was predeceased by her husband, Robert G. Willow in 2015, her beloved Uncle Joe Kufner, and her brother John A. Loye. She is survived by her son, Robert A. Willow and his wife Annette (Fazio) of Harrisburg, her grandson—her absolute favorite person in the world—Steven A. Willow and his wife Sarah of Alexandria, Virginia, her sister Diane K. Scheidler of Dauphin, and her sister-in-law Mary (Leroy) Willow of Enola.
