She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. Kulton and Catherine Kulton; her husband Laurence Karadin; and her siblings, Robert Kulton and Mary Jones.

She is survived by: her children, Mary Switzer (Mark), John Karadin, Christine Watkins (Brett), Lisa Apynys (John), Stephanie Smith (Eric) and Joseph Karadin; and her siblings, John Kulton, Timothy Kulton, George Kulton, Susan Sylva, Kathy Smiszek and Sandra Lannigan. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren; her 12 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Anthony Funeral Home - Akron Chapel (1990 S Main St, Akron, OH 44301). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (260 Broad, Wadsworth, OH 44281). A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (100 E Waterloo Rd, Akron, OH 44319). A reception will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Anthony Funeral Home - Akron Chapel (1990 S Main St, Akron, OH 44301).
