Judith Ann “Judy” Hounshell, age 73, passed away on January 19, 2026, in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. She was born on June 28, 1952, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to John and Judith Ward.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Judith Ward and John Ward, and her brother, Philip Ward.
She is survived by her sister, Mar C. Reiter. Judy also cherished her beloved dog, Rocco, who brought her much joy and companionship.
During her career, Judy was employed by Rotech and Major Medical.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society or a No Kill Animal Shelter in her honor.
The Rosary will be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 12:30 PM at St. Mary Littleton, followed by Mass at 1:00 PM. A reception will follow at 2:00 PM.
