Judith A. Carlisle

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith A. Carlisle of Chatham, Illinois, who passed away on March 7, 2026, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Judith has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Moore and Ana A. Moore (Fox); and her brother Robert J. Moore. She is survived by: her daughter Tabitha R. Carlisle; and her brother Gary L. Moore. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Butler Funeral Home- Chatham (8855 State Rte 4, Chatham, IL 62629). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
