She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Otis Elkins and Sallie Elkins; her husband Ronald Skaggs of Ash Flat, AR; her children, Barry Skaggs of Hardy, AR, Shannon Skaggs of Ash Flat, AR and Christy Renee Travis of Bono, AR; her grandsons, Michael Travis (Madison) of Jonesboro, AR and Matthew Travis of Bono, AR; her great grandchildren, Charlotte Travis of Jonesboro, AR and Zane Hopkins of Jonesboro, AR; and her niece Tracey McMasters of Bay, Area.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Highland Hills Baptist Church (2021 US-62 #412, Highland, AR 72542). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Macey Cemetery (421 Co Rd 520, Monette, AR 72447).
