She was born on July 3, 1938, in Chicago to William "Bill" Michael Truex and Ruth Louise (Rook) Truex.Juanita devoted her life to her family as a homemaker, a role she embraced with love, strength, and grace. She was a beautiful mother, an amazing grandmother, and the heart of her family. Her home was a place of comfort, creativity, and faith.A gifted artist, Juanita found joy in expressing herself through her artwork. She also had a deep interest in researching herbal remedies and crafting herbal tinctures, always seeking natural ways to care for those she loved. Above all, she had a deep and abiding faith in the Lord, which guided her throughout her life and brought her peace and strength.She is survived by her three children: Jennifer (Robert) Berg; Jody (Terry) Corey; and Lisa Corey. She also leaves behind 54 beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren who will carry forward her love, creativity, and faith.She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; five children, Andrea Louise Clayton, Leo Eugene Stack III, Kathy Jo Ganga, Johnny Oliver and Laurie Renay Oliver; one grandson, Ron Wood Jr.; as well as one brother and one sister.Per Juanita's wishes, there will be no services held. There will be a celebration of life being held at a later date.Her family takes comfort in knowing she is at peace and reunited with those who have gone before her.
