He was preceded in death by his parents, Juan Fuentes and Olga Damas, and his wife, Francisca Martínez.
Juan Carlos is survived by his sons, Jannio Fuentes and Yordano Fuentes, his brother Jorge Félix Fuentes, his grandchildren Jorge Carlos Fuentes and Mike Fuentes, his niece Airamys Fuentes, his grandniece Amanda Vera, and many other relatives and dear friends who will carry his memory in their hearts always.
