She was predeceased by: her husbands, Charles E. Walton and Dennis Ritter; her parents, Woodrow McDonald and Lucille McDonald (Hays); and her siblings, Raymond McDonald, Robert McDonald, Phillip McDonald, Alberta Johnson, Betty Lou Kent and Sandra DeClue.

She is survived by: her children, Roxanna Brands (Bill), Brad Ritter (Laura) and Crystal Payne (Brady); her siblings, Sadie Linderer, Gerry Chapman and Woodrow McDonald, Jr.; her grandchildren, Anthony, Wyatt, Garrett, Kiersten, Braylin and Kolton; and her great grandchildren, Adisyn, Aidyn, Alydia, Adilyn, Myla and Ella.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the Basler Funeral Home (685 Center Dr, Ste. Genevieve, MO 63670). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Church of Ste. Genevieve (49 Dubourg Pl, Ste. Genevieve, MO 63670).
