Joyce Troutman

Joyce Troutman, 79, of Utica, Kentucky, passed away on March 13, 2026, at the Heartford House under the care of Hospice and Palliative Care of Western Kentucky. Born on July 1, 1946, in Owensboro to the late Noel and Alice Nalley McClure, she worked as an administrative assistant at Texas Gas before retiring. A longtime member of Red Hill Baptist Church, Joyce found great joy in quilting.

She is survived by her husband of 59 years, William “Billy” Troutman; her daughter, Bridget Troutman Austin and son-in-law, John; and her beloved dogs, Chelsea, Toffee, and Lando.

Joyce’s memory will be cherished by those who knew her gentle spirit and the quiet devotion she showed to her family and her faith.
