Born on March 13, 1960 in Milford, CT, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Helen Brown.A proud business owner, Joyce dedicated her time to running her restaurant, Villa Roma. She took great pride in her work and in the community that gathered around her table.Family was always at the center of Joyce's life. She was blessed with a large, loving family and found her greatest joy in being a grandmother. Her grandchildren held a special place in her heart, and she treasured every moment traveling with them around the world. Whether near or far, those trips were filled with laughter, adventure, and the kind of moments that become lifelong memories.Joyce is survived by her daughters, Sharon and Kimberly; her grandchildren, Haley, Tyler, EJ, Zack, Tommy, Ava, Madison, and Mason; and her great grandchildren, Ricky, Bryce, Princess Zoey, Bella, and John.Services will be private.
