Joyce Marie Pikula

1942 — 2026

Willowick, OH

Joyce Marie Pikula, 83, of Willowick, Ohio, passed away on March 10, 2026, at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Born on August 15, 1942, in Cleveland, Ohio, to William and Kathryn (Fox) Schneider, Joyce married Andrew Anthony Pikula on July 7, 1964, in Garfield Heights. The couple shared 58 years of marriage until Andrew’s passing on December 26, 2022.

Joyce worked for 30 years at General Electric, where she was known for arriving early to play Rummy with colleagues, and also worked at The Nut Shop across from Higbee’s Department Store. A devoted parishioner of her Catholic church, she enjoyed traveling, bowling in the GE league, making crafts, and shopping. Above all, she cherished time with her family and remained deeply involved in the lives of her grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughters, Stacy (Pikula) Barzal and her husband Robert, and Kim (Pikula) Harris; grandchildren Amanda (Kevin), Nicholas (Desiree), Katie, Joshua, Sydney, and Rylee; great-grandchildren Aubree, Lainey, Ryleigh, and Andrew; and brothers Jerry (Joyce) and Skip (Peggy, deceased). She was preceded in death by her husband Andrew “Butch” Pikula, her parents, and siblings Bill (Jean, survives), Bobby, and Mary Kay.
