Joyce I. Higgins

Joyce I. Higgins of Lincoln, Nebraska, passed away on March 15, 2026, at the age of 89. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Selma Sieck (Beckman); her husband, Lyle V. Higgins; her son, Kenton V. Higgins; and her siblings, Lester Sieck, Melvin Sieck, and Gladys Haas.

She is survived by her children, Kelly Higgins (Pam) of Independence and Stacye Higgins of Lincoln, Nebraska; her grandchildren, Brian Higgins of Lincoln, Sean Higgins (Erica) of Austin, Chelsea Lindgren (Kyle) of Lincoln, Jeremy David Higgins of Lincoln, Robyn Valenti (Michael) of Kansas City, and Corey Higgins (Ali) of Lincoln; and her brother-in-law, Glenn Higgins of Lincoln, Nebraska. Joyce was also blessed with eight great-grandchildren.

Throughout her life, Joyce remained deeply connected to her family, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories with all who knew her.
