Hannibal, MO

Joyce Graham, 77, of Hannibal, Missouri, passed away on March 8, 2026, at Hannibal Regional Hospital.

Born on March 21, 1948, in Hannibal to Earl and Ethel Vincent Mowen, Joyce married William Graham on July 24, 1964, in her hometown. He preceded her in death on November 23, 2019.

She is survived by her children, Sandra “Sandy” Lee Cooper and husband Donnie of Lentner, Missouri, and William “Bill” Graham and wife Stephanie of Lake St. Louis, Missouri; her sister, Judy Nall of Macomb, Illinois; five grandchildren, Sherry Summers, Corey Cooper, Dylan Cooper, William “Will” Graham, and Evelynne “Evie” Graham; and her companion of five years, Larry Dryden. Joyce also shared a lifelong bond with dear friends Kathy Duncan, Connie Winkie, and LaRae Chapstick. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Thomas Mowen.

For many years, Joyce worked as an insurance agent and office manager for Farm Bureau Insurance in New London, Missouri. She found delight in thrift shopping and antiquing, always searching for her next treasure. An avid traveler, she cherished trips to Greece, Spain, and especially Paris, a city so dear to her that she visited three times and authored an informational travel book to help others explore its beauty. At home, she enjoyed watching reality television, particularly 90 Day Fiancé, Married at First Sight, and Naked and Afraid, and looked forward to Sunday dinners of fried chicken at Country Kitchen. Above all, Joyce treasured her family and the time spent together.
