Joyce Ann Adkins

Joyce Ann Adkins, née Morgan, 87, of Powell, Ohio, formerly of Huntington, West Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2026. Born on July 11, 1938, in Huntington, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Ann Pridemore Morgan.

Joyce dedicated her career to the railroad, where she worked as an administrator until her retirement. She shared a long life with her husband, George Ivan Adkins, who preceded her in death.

She is remembered as a devoted wife and a woman who lived her life with quiet strength and purpose. Joyce leaves behind family and friends who will cherish the memories of her years in both Huntington and Powell.
