Joy Catherine Krebs

Joy Catherine (Webb) Krebs, 73, passed away at home on March 12, 2026. Born on May 18, 1952, in Louisville, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Evelyn and B.C. Webb.

A devoted woman of faith, Joy was a proud Missionary Baptist and an active, faithful member of Lyons Baptist Church, where she found deep fulfillment in worship, fellowship, and serving her church community. She brought the same strong work ethic to her career, serving many years with United Parcel Service and retiring as a Procurement Analyst. In her personal life, she embraced creativity and adventure, delighting in arts and crafts—especially making jewelry and ceramics—and cherishing opportunities to travel and explore new places. Her faith, diligence, and joyful spirit left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Jerry Webb. Joy is lovingly remembered by her niece, Courtney Brooks (Korey); her nephews, Christopher Webb (Jennifer), Jeremy Webb (Erika), and Joshua Webb (Gracie); many great-nieces and great-nephews; and her best friend, Cindy Brady.
