She lived a long and full life, remembered fondly by those who knew her for her quiet strength and gentle spirit. Joy remained active and engaged well into her later years, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and steadfast presence in the lives of her family and friends.
She will be deeply missed by all who loved her. A graveside service was held for her at Shady Grove Cemetery.
