Josiah graduated from Ecot in 2012, demonstrating not only his dedication to education but also his commitment to personal growth and development. His vibrant personality and warm spirit endeared him to all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

An avid internet gamer, Josiah found joy and companionship in the virtual worlds he explored, and his playful love for SpongeBob SquarePants brought smiles to many faces. A devoted sports enthusiast, he passionately supported The Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cincinnati Bengals, embodying the spirit of a true fan.

Josiah is survived by his father, Rodney Rector; his brother, Derek (Sam) Rector; along with numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins, all of whom will remember him fondly and carry his legacy in their hearts. He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Starla (Leach) Rector, and his brother, Dustyn Rector.

His departure leaves a void in the lives of those who knew him, but his memory will forever resonate in the stories shared and the bonds formed through the love he imparted throughout his life. Josiah will be deeply missed by family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched.
