Joshua Paul Graybill

Josh P. Graybill, 47, of Lancaster, passed away on Monday, March 9, 2026, at LGH. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of Kathy (Degenhardt) Graybill and the late Clayton “Clem” Graybill.

A graduate of Lancaster Catholic High School and Thaddeus Stevens College, Josh worked as a machinist for various machine shops throughout his career. He found great joy in hunting, fishing, and spending quiet time at the family cabin in Juniata County.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his daughter, Kaitlyn Romero, wife of Mason, of Landisville, PA; his granddaughter, Lainey; his brother, Bobby Graybill, husband of Nicole; and his sisters, Jen Schoenberger and Lakeesha Graybill, all of Lancaster. He also leaves behind his nieces and nephews, Erik (Kait), Emma, Gavin, and Elsie.

In keeping with Josh’s wishes, there were no formal services.
