He is survived by: his wife Tammy Oakley; his daughter Carter Jayce Oakley; his siblings, Jordan Malinski (Jacob Palmer), Holden Poole (Tori), Daniel Malinski and Preslee Foltz; and his grandmother Jutta Zieger Foster.

A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 at 4:00 PM at 2363 Blalock Dairy Rd, Roxboro, NC 27574.
