Josephine "Josie" (Rossetti) Siemaszko

December 31, 1956 March 8, 2026

Worcester, MA

Josephine P. “Josie” (Rossetti) Siemaszko, 69, a lifelong resident of Worcester, passed away unexpectedly while on vacation in Delray, Florida. She was welcomed into heaven by her son, Robert Jr. (Bobby), who predeceased her in 2016.

Born in Worcester to John and Dolores (Astrella) Rossetti, Josie met and married the love of her life, Robert J. Siemaszko, Sr., in 1978. The couple settled in the Massasoit Road neighborhood, where they raised their family grounded in faith, love, and togetherness. She worked for many years as a medical assistant before retiring.

Josie was the heart of her family—an incredible wife, mother, and “Mimi” whose loved ones were the center of her world. She is survived by her husband and soulmate, Robert J. Siemaszko; her son Michael Siemaszko and his wife Erica of Grafton; her daughter-in-law Jennifer Siemaszko of Northbridge; her brothers John J. Rossetti, Jr. and his wife Sydney of Jacksonville, and James Rossetti of Worcester; and her four cherished grandchildren, Madden, MJ, Audrey, and Jake, along with nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Devoted to caring for others, Josie gave freely of herself to family, friends, and anyone in need. Her warmth, comforting presence, and radiant smile drew people in, while her unmatched patience and generous heart left a lasting impression on all who knew her. She spent cherished time over the last decade at the Cape, where she created countless memories at the beach, shopping, playing cards, dancing, and laughing with friends. Above all, she adored her grandchildren, proudly supporting them at games and special events. Her love, strength, and beautiful spirit will live on in everyone whose life she touched.
