Joseph V. DePasquale

Joseph V. DePasquale of Magnolia, Delaware, passed away on March 7, 2026, at the age of 76. Born on March 1, 1950, in Brooklyn, New York, to the late Carmine and Theresa DePasquale, he carried the values of his upbringing throughout his life.

Joseph took great pride in his service in the United States Navy as a Seabee, a commitment that reflected his deep patriotism and sense of duty. He cherished the 40 years he shared with his beloved wife, Mary, building a life centered on family. A passionate cook, Joseph was regarded as a talented chef within his family, and his homemade meatballs were a beloved specialty.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary DePasquale, and his parents. Joseph is survived by his daughter, Theresa, and son-in-law, Michael Mannino; his sister, Lorraine Sandler; brothers-in-law Jack Sandler and John Kontos; nieces Lisa, Christine, and Jackie Sandler, Stephanie, Christine, Cindy, and Jennifer; nephew John Kontos; and grandchildren Robert and Loriann Mannino.
