Joseph Andrey ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by Ciavarelli Family Funeral Home and Crematory - Ambler on Mar. 16, 2026.Joseph Ronald Andrey, age 76, of Ambler, PA, passed away on March 13, 2026 at Abington Jefferson Hospital. He was born in Norristown, PA on July 31, 1949 to the late John and Verna (McCafferty) Andrey. Joe was a graduate of St. Matthew High School class of 1967. He later entered the US Air Force and honorably served our country during the Vietnam Conflict. He was employed by General Motors for 35 years as a General Foreman until his retirement. Joe loved to hunt and fish, especially fishing with his grandsons, which gave him much joy. He was a voracious reader and was an amazing cook. He also enjoyed watching the Eagles, Phillies and Flyers. Joe would have loved to be fondly remembered by passing on his favorite quote "You Got My Vote."Joe is survived by 3 children Joseph Andrey (Melissa) of Ambler, Stacey Andrey (Cathy Pagano) of Ambler, Christine Williams (Brent) of Bordentown, NJ, 5 grandchildren Gabriella and Colin Pastor, Jacob and Connor Andrey, Rhys Williams, a niece Barbara Horning, 2 nephews John and Ronald Horning, 2 great nieces Kira and Nyssa. He was preceded in death by his first wife Anne Marie Andrey, his longtime companion Deborah Moneglia, his daughter Kimberly Pastor, his brother Robert Andrey, his sister Joan Horning Getz, and a great nephew Evan Lagana.A Celebration of Life will be held privately.
