He was predeceased by: his sister Gail Johnson; and his brother-in-law Sammy. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Joe, Matthew and Blair; his children-in-law, Bella and Travis; and his grandchildren, Micaela, Taylor, Olivia and Ella.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church (8151 Chimneyrock Blvd., Memphis, TN 38016). A Mass will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 13th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Church (8151 Chimneyrock Blvd., Memphis, TN 38016).
