Joseph Leland Kemple, 59, of Brilliant, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly at home on March 10, 2026. Born on February 6, 1967, he was the son of the late Larry Kemple and Patricia (Bill) Dehnart of Brilliant.
Joe retired from Laborers Local 809 after a long career. He remained a devoted Cleveland Browns and Ohio State fan throughout his life, taking great joy in following his favorite teams.
He is survived by his daughter, Addie (Josh) Robertson of St. Clairsville; his sister, Kim (Randy) Krug of Mingo Junction; his brother, Russ (Jolene) Kemple of Springfield, Illinois; and many nieces and nephews who will cherish his memory.
