Joseph J. Stockey

Joseph J. Stockey, age 47, of Eastlake, passed away on March 7, 2026. Born on November 6, 1978, in Cleveland, Ohio, Joe dedicated his professional life to serving others as a Police Officer for the Village of Timberlake and University Hospitals. Known for his integrity and steadfast commitment, he worked tirelessly to ensure the safety and well-being of his community.

An avid outdoorsman, Joe found deep fulfillment in hunting, fishing, and golfing. He also held a lifelong passion for karate. Above all, he cherished the time spent with his family and many dear friends, remembered by all as a kind and loyal companion.

Joe is survived by his father, Charles Stockey; his siblings, Charles Stockey III (Charlene Doles), Felicia Muzina, and Fred Stockey (Jane Cosiano); and his cherished nephews and nieces, Charles IV, Anthony, Elizabeth, Ava, and Breanna, along with their families. He was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Stockey (née Mischka).
