Joseph was born in Columbus, GA on July 6, 1945, to the late Betty (Cobb) and Albert Buchanan. He retired after working more than 30years for the Social Security Administration. Joe loved living in California, playing Bridge with friends, golfing, and attending baseball games. In his retirement years he felt very fortunate to travel and enjoy time with family and friends.
