Joseph E. Guyer

Joseph E. Guyer, 79, of Bellefonte, passed away on March 11, 2026, at The Gatehouse in Williamsport. Born on December 9, 1946, he was the son of the late Daniel D. and Ruth C. (Colpetzer) Guyer.

A 1964 graduate of Bald Eagle Area High School, Joseph worked as a professional driver until his retirement in 2018. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing, and his dogs were never far from his side. Above all, he cherished time with his grandchildren and great-grandson.

He is survived by his children, David Guyer (Tami), Jane Guyer (Marty Rockey), and Timothy Guyer (Kim), five grandchildren, Devon, Seth, Dakota, Kalen, and Samantha, and one great-grandson, Grayson. He is also survived by three brothers, two sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother and three sisters.
