Joseph Anthony Palermo was born on January 20, 1962, in Tacoma, Washington, the third of six children to Lawrence and Sally Palermo. A lifelong sports fan, particularly of the Seahawks, Joe was known for his strong opinions and his love of lively discussions. In his younger years he was an avid fisherman, and he continued to find joy in visiting the Narrows Marina, where he enjoyed chatting with patrons and staff.
He was preceded in death by his brother Tony and his father Lawrence. Joe is survived by his beloved mother, Sally, and a large, loving family who will miss him deeply.
