Jose "JUNY" Fonseca, Jr.

Jose “Juny” Fonseca, Jr., 47, of Temple, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on March 7, 2026 at his home surrounded by loved ones. Born on October 23, 1978, in Reading, Pennsylvania, he was the son of Jose Luis Fonseca, Sr. and Aurea Maria Medina.

Juny was known for his kind heart and generous spirit. He had a natural gift for helping others, often giving the shirt off his back to anyone in need. His charm and humor drew people to him, making him a dear and lasting friend to many. He held a deep love for history and the ocean, and he was a skilled self-taught handyman who took pride in sharing his knowledge and lending a hand to family and friends.

He is survived by his loving wife of 13 years, Lisa Marie Fonseca; his children, Jaylyn Fonseca, Jayden Fonseca, and Yaliyah Negron; his sisters, Jarely Fonseca, Maria Nelli Cruz, and Charlene Colon; his brother, Joey Fonseca; and many nieces and nephews.
