He was predeceased by: his mother Carolyn Pawelczyk (Masters); his granddaughter Kendra Crowe; and his brother Jeffrey Pawelczyk. He is survived by: his wife Janet Pawelczyk; his children, Cassandra Roche, Jon Pawelczyk Jr. (Brittany), Brandon Pawelczyk and Brittney York (Christian); his father Jerry Pawelczyk Sr. (Jill); and his brothers, Jerry Pawelczyk Jr. (Frankie), Jim Pawelczyk (Diane) and Joel Pawelczyk (Pam). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 25th 2026 at 2:00 PM.
