He was predeceased by: his brother James Alvarado. He is survived by: his brothers, Dave Alvarado of Marion, Paul Alvarado (Julie) of Houston, TX and Robert Alvarado (Christi) of Continental. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Heitmeyer Funeral Home (207 W Rice St, Continental, OH 45831). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
