He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph M. Walsh and Catherine Walsh (Canney); and his siblings, Joseph, Robert, Thomas Walsh, Mary Walsh, Margaret Moscato and Rita Walsh.

He is survived by: his sisters, Patricia Downey of Yarmouth Port, MA and Catherine Gale of Millis, MA..

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Robert J. Lawler and Crosby Funeral Home (1803 Centre St, West Roxbury, MA 02132). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. John Chrysostom Church (4750 Washington St, West Roxbury, MA 02132). A burial will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the St. Joseph's Cemetery.
