He was predeceased by: his wife Marjorie S. Robinson; his parents, John T. Robinson and Vestina Williams Robinson Harris; his stepfather Clarence Harris; his brother Charles Robinson; and his daughter Kimberly Robinson.
He is survived by: his children, John A. Robinson, Sr., Deborah Robinson Sykes (Jay), Sherrie and Sonya Robinson; his grandchildren, John A. Robinson, Jr. (Mai), Nicole Hills, Muhammad Amad and Ibraheem Amad; his daughters, Josiane, Jolyse Robinson, London and Kansan Hills; his brother Cleothas Robinson; and his siblings-in-law, Eugene, James Roberts, Eva Jenkins and Phyllis Watson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
A funeral service was held on Monday, March 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Union Baptist Temple (30 M. L. K. Jr Wy, Bridgeton, NJ 08302).
