He is survived by: his wife Dedra Maynard (Mills) of Catlettsburg, KY; his sons, Jonathan Ray Maynard (Heather) of Ashland, KY and Justin Paul Maynard of Ashland, KY; his siblings, Gary Maynard of Versailles, KY, Jessie Maynard, Jr. of Inez, KY, Peggy Marcum of Lovely, KY and Shelby Jean "Jeanie" Harmon of South Carolina; and his grandchildren, John Sawyer Maynard, Tessa Marie Maynard, Jayci Woods, Natalie Woods and Justin Michael John Maynard.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 10th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Crum Funeral Home (498 New Rte 3, Inez, KY 41224). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
