John P. Harrington

John P. Harrington, age 94 of Plymouth, passed away on March 15, 2026. Born in Dayton, Ohio on December 21, 1931 to the late Dorothy (née Powers) and John P. Harrington, he lived a long and purposeful life marked by devotion to family, country, and career.

He was the beloved and devoted husband of the late Dorothy Harrington. A loving father, he is survived by his three children: Patrick (Virginia) Harrington, Mary Harrington, and Ann (Brian) Wiggins. He was the proud grandfather of Paul (Kate Kollier) Savoie and Zoe Wiggins, and he was deeply loved by many nieces and nephews who will miss him greatly.

John enjoyed a successful career and retired from J. Walter Thompson, a pioneering American advertising agency. He also proudly served his country in the United States Air Force.
