John L. M. Gross

John L. M. Gross of Glenville, Pennsylvania, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at the age of 61. He was the beloved husband of Wanda Bell.

Born on September 7, 1964, in York, Pennsylvania, John was the son of the late Freddy and Barbara Ann (Knox) Gross. He graduated from York Vo-Tech in 1982 and was a longtime member of the Hawks Gunning Club in Pleasureville. John found great joy in hunting, fishing, riding motorcycles, and feeding and watching deer, yet nothing meant more to him than time spent with his family, especially as a devoted grandfather.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda; his daughter, Martika Miller of East Berlin, Pennsylvania; his son, Joshua Gross of Enola, Pennsylvania; five grandchildren, Waylon Miller, Mason Miller, Juliana Gross, Austyn Gross, and Isabella Gross; his brother, Charles Gross of Dillsburg, Pennsylvania; and his sister, Mary Ellen Hill of Delaware. John was preceded in death by his brother, Christopher Gross, formerly of Florida, and his sister, Judy Ann Farmer, formerly of Delaware.
