He is survived by: his wife Lana Boyd Barker; his children, Karla McDonough (Shane) and Michael Barker (Laura); his grandchildren, Bradley McDonough (Brittany), Jessica Elmore (Vance), Ashley Phillips (Riley), Caitlin "Cate" Barker and Mia Barker; his great grandchildren, Abigail and Asher Elmore; and his brother Hugh Barker.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Chapel Hill Cemetery East Valley (5606 E Valley Rd, Dunlap, TN 37327).
