We are sad to announce that on March 7, 2026, at the age of 72, John E. Allen III (Stonington, Connecticut) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Allen Jr. and Julia MacLeod. He is survived by: his daughters, Christa Allen of Lyme and Katie Allen of Mystic; his grandchildren, Gregory Allen, Shyla Jones and Mason Jones; his great grandchild Bayleigh Allen; and his siblings, Roger Allen (Eunice), David Allen and Tammy Doucette (John). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mystic Funeral Home (51 Williams Ave, Mystic, CT 06355).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a cancer foundation of your choosing.
