John David Lolli Jr. Obituary March 8, 2026 - Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home

John David Lolli Jr., Age 79 of Richland, NJ passed away in his home Saturday, March 8th, 2026 under the care of his loving wife. Son of the late Giovanni David Sr. and Frances Nancy (Sabella) Lolli. John was born in Vineland NJ, and lived most of his life in Richland NJ, in the house in which he designed the architectural plans for himself.He is survived by his wife Sharon Kathleen (Quickmire) Lolli; his son John Paul Lolli and his wife Allison; two grandchildren, Jack Ryan and Jake Dylan Lolli; his sister Diane (Lolli) D'Alessandro and her husband Remo; and his cousin Richard Transferini.John cherished playing the accordion and keyboard in bands throughout his life, and working in his garages restoring lawnmowers and truly engulfed himself in restoring his 1966 Red Corvette Coupe back to its original condition. He frequently went skiing in the Poconos with his family in the family truck. He played several seasons of men's softball in local leagues, he was especially fond of playing with the Turbo Jets in Millville, and even played with his son in Richland NJ, where he loved playing against the team from Five Points that often included his friends as rivals. (Cappie and Sam)He loved playing tennis with his best friend and wife; he was an animal lover, who adored his pets, especially Scootie and Freckles. He cherished taking vacations with his grandchildren to Ocean City, NJ and the Bahamas, as well his trips to Hawaii with his wife and their ski trips out West. He also frequented the Ocean City boardwalk just for Mack and Manco's pizza, a passion he passed down to his son and grandson.John graduated Summa Cum Laude from Stockton University in 1993, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He passed up going to his own graduation ceremony in lieu of his son's college graduation that fell on the same day. John worked most of his life in Information Management Systems. His longest tenure was with Airwork, in Millville NJ.
