He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Wallace Orr and Ruth Evelyn Orr; his siblings, Charles Wallace Orr (Edith), Robyn Ann Crandall (Orr) and Phillip Branden Orr; and his niece Tammy.

He is survived by: his sister Ruth Elizabeth (Orr) Greathouse (Kenneth); his sibling's children, James, Jason Orr, David, Peter Greathouse (Mary), Isla, Cullen Greathouse, Denali, Lexi Brannen, Katie and Hannah; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Isla, Cullen Greathouse, Denali and Lexi Brannen; and his friend Eugene McDaniel.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery (20953 W Hoff Rd, Elwood, IL 60421).
