John Algeo

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Algeo of Litchfield, New Hampshire, who passed away on March 7, 2026, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Algeo and Catherine Algeo; his wife Kathleen; his daughter Mary; his brother Joseph Algeo; and his siblings-in-law, Joseph Kelley, Adam Rakiey and Margaret McDevitt.

He is survived by: his children, Donald Algeo (Kristie), Colleen Ellis (Todd) and Patrick Algeo (Amy); his grandchildren, Ashley, Noah, Elijah, Samuel, Abigail, Michael, Hannah, James, John and Joseph; his sisters, Donna Kelley and Susan Montgomery (Herb); his in-laws, Henry Woods (Shelia), Nancy McDevitt (John) and Joanne Haddad (Michael); and his caregivers, Jack, Cathy Ellis, Sophie, Tyra, Kellie and Tammy.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Peabody Funeral Homes & Crematorium (290 Mammoth Rd, Londonderry, NH 03053). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, March 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Church (9 Saint Francis Way, Litchfield, NH 03052).
