He is survived by: his siblings, William Dowd (Cathy) of Paxinos, James Dowd (Linda), Thomas Dowd (Heather) of Middleburg and Carol O'Bryant (Darrell) of Selinsgrove; his siblings' children, Michael Dowd (Jocelyn), Jason Dowd, Jeremy Dowd, Brian O'Bryant of Selinsgrove, Stacy Albert (Jason) of Camp Hill and Victoria Dowd of Middleburg; and his friend Marie.

Viewing will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Farrow-Campbell Funeral & Cremation Service, Inc. (240 W Chestnut St, Shamokin, PA 17872). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
