It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Joe Forgy (Morgantown, Kentucky), who passed away at the age of 83, on March 6, 2026. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Joe leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Joe may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Pearl Forgy and Mary Virginia Hills Forgy. He is survived by: his grandchild Loren Ward (Randy) of Morgantown; his wife Kaylee of Morgantown; and his great grandchildren, Silas and Brody Ward of Morgantown.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home (403 N Main St, Morgantown, KY 42261). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Morgantown Mission, The Butler County Animal Shelter.
