She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Miles and Lawrence Miles; her spouse Thomas F. Welsh; her siblings, George, Judy, Jerry, Pamela, William, Todd and Michael; Donald, Raymond, Diane and David.
She is survived by: her children, Todd, Angela and Timothy; and her grandchildren, Nicole Sander and Christopher Welsh. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Busch Romito Funeral Home - Bedford (521 Broadway Ave, Bedford, OH 44146). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. John's Cemetery (Summitville, OH 43962).
